Both robots excel at picking up surface debris off carpets and hard floors and they're excellent in moving around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software makes smart maps of your home, which help the i3+ EVO to navigate and clean in a manner that maximizes efficiency. The i3+ doesn't feature obstacle avoidance features like the i7+ or other top-rated robots that we tested. It can get stuck on power cords or socks and have difficulty navigating between different surfaces like rug and hardwood.
iRobot suggests that you clean up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes putting away any toys or clutter it might encounter. You should also keep the filters and dust bin free of dirt to prevent them from getting blocked. If the i3+'s internal bin is empty or the battery is not fully charged, it returns to the docking station and takes the dirt out of the docking station's dust bin. It then continues cleaning where it left off. The battery's life span is approximately an hour-and-a-half of continuous usage. It takes 3 hours to fully charge.

The i7+ is quicker and more maneuverable in our tests compared to the eufy RoboVac G30. It also removed large pet hair pieces from any surface, including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy, though the dust bin is self-emptying which eliminates a major cause of maintenance and lowers recurring costs.
We were also awestruck by the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We used these services to instruct the robot on how to start or stop cleaning sessions as well as move around the room and even vacuum a specific area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ to these services. Once connected, to give voice commands to the i7+ for example "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and evaluating the performance.
3. Dyson Cyclone V10
In a world of vacuums that are cordless and look like minivans or buses, this tiny Dyson model is a sports car. It is powerful enough to replace a traditional stand-up vacuum in the majority of homes, but also small enough to fit on a bookcase or coffee table.

5. Samsung Jet Bot AI+

It's also more expensive than the other models that we tested, and this could be a deal breaker for some buyers.
